OSS 1.1 Migration Guide

If you have difficulty migrating data to OSS 1.1. You can follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, select “Masuk”

2. Input your Username dan Password, and click the "MASUK" button

3. At the OSS homepage, click NIB

4. Please check your List of Business Activities

5. Click on the "Cetak NIB" button to view, download, and print old NIBs whose business licenses are already effective in OSS 1.1

6. For old KBLI with a Business License that is not yet effective, select Perizinan Berusaha, click on "Pengembangan"

7. Select the KBLI you want to adjust, click the "Pencil" or Edit button, and then fill in your business data.

8.a Fill data form of Detail Bidang Usaha (for UMK business field)

Fill the Data "Bidang Usaha" (Bussiness Field) , "Luas Lahan Usaha" (Business Land Area), "Alamat Usaha" (Bussiness Address), "Provinsi" (Province), "Kabupaten/Kota" (Regency/City), "Kecamatan" (Sub-district), "Kelurahan/Desa" (Village), "Kode Pos" (Postal Code);

Fill the question of “Apakah kegiatan ini sudah berjalan?” ("Has this activity been running"?), "Nama Usaha/Kegiatan" (Name of your Bussiness), "Modal Usaha" (Bussiness Capital: After filling in the business capital, the system will validate the business scale and risk level.), "Deskripsi kegiatan usaha" (Description of your Bussiness), "Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Indonesia" (Number of your Indonesian's worker). Then, click "TAMBAH PRODUK JASA" button

8.b Fill the data form of Detail Bidang Usaha (for the Non-UMK business field)

Fill in the Business Field Data, the question of "Apakah sudah memiliki perizinan berusaha yang sebelumnya?" (Do you already have a previous business license before?), "Nama Usaha/Kegiatan" (Business Name / Activity), "Lokasi Kegiatan Usaha" (Business Activity Location), "Lokasi Kegiatan Usaha" (Business Land Area), the question of “Apakah memerlukan bangunan untuk kegiatan usaha ini?" (Does it require a building for this business activity?), the question of "Apakah lokasi usaha berada dalam lintas provinsi/kabupaten/kota?" (Is the business location in cross-province/regency/city?);

Fill in your "Alamat Usaha" (Bussiness Address), "Provinsi" (Province), "Kabupaten/Kota" (Regency/City), "Kecamatan" (Sub-district), "Kelurahan/Desa" (Village), "Kode Pos" (Postal Code), the question of “Apakah kegiatan usaha merupakan rencana pembangunan dan pengembangan Objek Vital Nasional?” (Is your business activity a plan for the construction and development of National Vital Objects?), then click on the CEK RDTR DAN KEGIATAN button;

Fill in your “Data Investasi untuk Bidang Usaha” (Investation for Business Field Data) and then click on the VALIDASI RISIKO button to find out your Business scale and Business risk level;

The system will automatically show your business scale and business risk level based on your data entry. Next, you can fill in the “Deskripsi Kegiatan Usaha” (Business Description), “Jangka Waktu Perkiraan Beroperasi/Produksi” (Estimated Period of Operation/Production), “Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (Laki-Laki)” (Indonesian’s worker (Man)), “Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (Perempuan)” (Indonesian’s worker (Woman)), “Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (otomatis terisi)” (Total of Indonesian’s worker (automatically filled by the system)), “Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Asing” (Total of Foreign’s worker), and then click on TAMBAH PRODUK/JASA button

9. Fill in your “Data Produk/Jasa” (Product/Services Data), and then click on the SIMPAN button

10. Fill in your “Data Aktivitas Impor” (Import Activity Data), BPJS and WLKP (Specified for Business in Non-UMK field), put a checkmark on the checkbox disclaimer, and then click on the SELANJUTNYA button

11. Please check on your Business List and click on the PROSES PERIZINAN BERUSAHA at your selected business choices

12. Check and fill in the Environment Approvals Document (Based on the KBLI or Business Field), and click on LANJUT button

a. If you have the Environment Approval Document, the system will show options types of Environment Documents you have, and then click on LANJUT button

b. If you didn’t have the Environment Approval Document, please carefully follow these steps:

The System will show the confirmation of “Pilih Jenis Usaha dan/atau Kegiatan” (Select the type of business and/or activity) that you must choose based on your KBLI/Business Field choices, then click on the LANJUT button

Fill in your Environmental Document Obligation Parameters, then click on the LANJUT button

13. Read carefully, Comprehend it, and put a checkmark on each self-statements checkbox, then click on the LANJUT button

14. Please check the Draft of Business License (NIB) once again, then click on the TERBITKAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA button

15. Business License that has been granted (but SS/License that has not yet been verified). You can view, download, and print the product of your business license

Requirement Fulfilment Process Guidelines

If you had difficulty fulfilling of requirements document process, please carefully follow these steps:

1. Open Menu “Perizinan Berusaha” and click on “Pemenuhan Standar Usaha/Persyaratan Izin”

2. Click on “Proses Pemenuhan Standar Usaha/Persyaratan” button

3. Fill in the Fulfilment Document and the click on LANJUT button

4. Please wait for a while until the status of the fulfillment of the requirement License in process of verifying

5. Status of Fulfilment of Requirement will be changed to “Disetujui” or Approved after all of the documents have been verified

6. If the Fulfilment of Requirements has been approved, a product of business license is granted. You can view, download, and print the product of your business license.
