7. Complete the Business Field Data

The system will display Pemilihan Bidang Usaha Form
Data that you must complete:

Type of Business Activity (Main , Supporters, Administrative Branch Offices, or UMKU Supporters)
Business Sector (If the selected business field is included in the BUPM provisions, the system will display a choice of activities. Select business activities in accordance with the activities carried out by the Business Actor)
Description of Business Sector, will be automatically filled in by the system after selecting KBLI/Business Field
Scope of Activity

Click the SIMPAN.

8. Complete Detailed Data on Business Sector

Data that you must complete:

If applying for more than 1 business field/KBLI, then on the second project and so on will appear an option whether this Business Activity is in the same location as the business activity previously?, then select the appropriate.

8.b Complete Detailed Data on Business Sector (Especially High Risk and The location has an area)

After filling in business capital, the system will validate the business scale and risk level, if the business risk is High and the business location has an area, the system displays a form with data that you must complete:

Do you already have a previous business permit? (If Yes, fill in the business permits that you already have)

9. Complete Product/Services Data

12. Check the List of Business Activities

The system will display:

Click the “V”.
Click the PROSES PERIZINAN BERUSAHA.

13. Check and complete the Environmental Approval Document (KBLI/certain Business Fields)

The system will display a confirmation question "Do you already have an Environmental Approval Document for this activity?" which you should choose:

f you select Done, go to step 13.a to document environmental approval
If you select Not yet, continue to step 13.b to complete the parameter form for environmental approval obligations in accordance with the conditions in the selected business activity.

Click button Lanjut.

13.a Check and Complete the Environmental Approval Document (KBLI/certain Business Fields).

• If you select Sudah, document environmental approval you have will appear.

• Click button Lanjut, to go to the next step (step 14) without going through the parameter selection process

13.b Check and complete the Environmental Approval Document (KBLI/certain Business Field)

• If you select Belum, the system will display a confirmation “Pilih Jenis Usaha dan/atau Kegiatan” that you must choose based on the selected KBLI/Business Fields.

• Click button Lanjut.

• If you haven't have an Environmental Approval Document, then the data that you must complete:

1. Environmental Parameters, select the parameter conditions listed on the form in accordance with the business activities carried out.

(Then, the system will display the type of environmental document obligation must be met, such as SPPL, UKL/UPL, or AMDAL.)

2. Business Description, fill in according to the description of the business activities carried out.

• Click button Lanjut.

14. Understand and Check Self

● The system will display various kinds of Self according to previously stored data and information, such as K3L Independent Statement, Willingness to Meet Business Standards, KKPR, SPPL, etc.

● Read, understand and click checkbox each INDEPENDENT STATEMENT,

● Click button Lanjut.

15. Check Draft Business Licensing

• The system will display the NIB draft, then click the checkbox.

• Click the TERBITKAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA.

16. License (SS/Unverified Permit)

● Issued Business Permit, including:

1. MT risk = NIB and SS have not been verified

2. T risk = Permit

● You can view, download, and print the business licensing product.

● If the environmental document required is UKL-UPL or Amdal, then first submit the requirements for the environmental document to the authorized agency.

● After going through the basic requirements approval process, to obtain a verified Standard Certificate and Permit, fulfill the business licensing requirements by clicking here or opening the Fulfillment Requirements menu.

REQUIREMENTS PROCESS GUIDE

If you experience difficulties in carrying out the requirements fulfillment process. You can follow the steps below:

1. Open Permohonan Menu, select Pemenuhan Persyaratan

2. Click the button Proses Pemenuhan Standar Usaha/Persyaratan

3. Complete the Compliance Documents

4. Wait for a change compliance status in verification process business license

● Change in fulfillment status after uploading requirements document.

● Changes in fulfillment status after the required documents submitted have been approved and the application is being processed by the relevant authorities.

● Fulfillment status after being verified and approved by the relevant authority, so that the business license has been issued.

5. Business Permits have been issued

● Open the PERMOHONAN BARU, then the system will display BUSINESS PERMIT LIST.

(Or you can also open the menu HOME, then click PERMISSIONS.)

● Business License has been issued, including:

1.NIB, click the CETAK NIB.

2. Self-Statement, click CETAK.

3. Standard/Permit Certificate, click CETAK SERTIFIKAT STANDAR/CETAK IZIN verified/approved (depending on business risk)

4. PKPLH/SKKL, click CETAK PERSETUJUAN PKPLH/SKKL (depending on the type of environmental documents required)

● You can view, download, and print the business licensing product.
