Business Permit to Support Business Activities (PB-UMKU) Warehouse Registration Certificate (TDG)

1. Make sure you have access rights

rights in the form of a username and password sent to the email listed during registration

2. Visit https://oss.go.id/

3. Select SIGN

4. Enter Username and Password, then click the ENTER

5. Click the PB-UMKU and select New Application

6. Select KBLI for PB-UMKU submission

The system will displays a table of List of Business Activities automatically, based on Business Permits that have been previously submitted:

Data Business
Scale
Risk Level
UMKU Licensing
Status

Click the Licensing Process.

6.a Choose KBLI for PB-UMKU submission (If there is a conversion from KBLI 2017 to KBLI 2020)

After clicking the UMKU Business Licensing Process, specifically for old Business Actors whose business permits are already effective including migration data from OSS 1.1 and their permit status is still valid and not yet perform any corporate action (such as submitting changes, developments, expansions, extensions, and so on) in the OSS RBA, the 2020 KBLI Conversion will appear which displays the option of converting the 2017 KBLI to 2020 KBLI.
Then choose the 2020 KBLI according to the business activities carried out in order to process the PB-UMKU application for the 2020 KBLI, then click the CONTINUE.

7. Click the Submit UMKU Business Licensing

The system will display a List of Business Activities to Support Business Activities at the pre-selected KBLI (if any).
Click the Submit UMKU Business Licensing button, to apply for PB-UMKU on the selected KBLI.

8. Select UMKU Business Licensing

The system will display the UMKU Business Licensing Form.
Select the UMKU Business Permit that you want to apply for in the list of options listed.

Enter keywords column Search to find the UMKU Business Permit you want to apply for.

If the PB-UMKU you want to submit is not on the list of options, then select 'Yes' on the question 'Do you need another UMKU Business Permit?'.

Select UMKU Business Licensing - Advanced (If you choose 'Yes' on 'Other UMKU Business Licensing').

If you select 'Yes' (on other UMKU Business Licensing), the system will display a list of UMKU Business Licensing .
Select UMKU Business Permit that you want to apply for in the list of options listed.

(Enter keywords in the Search column to find the UMKU Business Permit that you want to apply for)

9.a Complete the UMKU Business Permit Form (if any upload the Requirements document)

The system will display a form containing a collection of Requirements that you must complete to get the submitted UMKU Business Permit.

Select 'Business Activities' on the 'Description of Business Activities' listed.
Click the SELECT DOCUMENT to upload the required documents according to the information listed.

Make sure you have completed the various requirements listed, then click the CONTINUE.

9.b Complete the UMKU Business Licensing Form (if any Attachment Requirements Technical Data)

The system will display a form containing a collection of requirements that you must complete to get the proposed UMKU Business Permit.

Select 'Business Activities' on the 'Description of Business Activities' listed.
Click the SELECT DOCUMENT to upload the required documents according to the information listed.
If there are requirements technical data attachment:
Click 'here' to download the technical data form attachment template.
Fill in and save (Save As) file format PDF.
Upload PDF file attachment Completed technical data form.

Make sure you have completed the various requirements listed, then click the CONTINUE.

9.c Complete the UMKU Business Licensing Form (if there is no document upload Requirements)

The system will display a collection of requirements that you must prepare to get the proposed UMKU Business Permit.
Select 'Business Activities' on the 'Description of Business Activities' listed.
Make sure you understand and meet the various requirements listed.
Click the CONTINUE.

10.a Check the List of Business Activities to Support Business Activities (if previously uploaded the required documents)

The system will display a table of List of Business Activities to Support Business Activities that have been submitted, consisting of:

UMKU Licensing Name
Authority
Date of Filing
Permit
Status Status of Application (Status will change following the processing carried out by the Authority of the relevant agency.)

Wait for the change in Application Status on the proposed PB-UMKU:

Continue to step 12.a, if the proposed PB-UMKU needs to fix the required documents.
Continue to step 12.b, if the proposed PB-UMKU requires PNBP.
Continue to step 13, if the proposed PB-UMKU does not require PNBP.

Click the button APPLY FOR UMKU BUSINESS LICENSES, to add other PB-UMKU as needed.

10.b Check the List of Business Activities to Support Business Activities (if you have not previously uploaded the required documents)

The system will display a List of Business Activities to Support Business Activities that have been submitted, consisting of:

UMKU License Name
Authority
Date of Filing
Permit
Status Status of Application (Status will change following the processing carried out by the Authority of the relevant agency.)

Click the button FULFILLMENT OF PB UMKU REQUIREMENTS IN THE K/L SYSTEM, to continue the PB-UMKU submission process in the K/L system according to the authority of the agency listed. (go to step 11)
Click the button APPLY FOR UMKU BUSINESS LICENSE, to PB-UMKU required

11. Example of Display of Licensing on the K/L

The system will direct and display the Licensing Page on the K/L System (according to their respective Authorities) to continue the process of fulfilling the requirements and obligations in obtaining the proposed PB-UMKU.

12.a Wait and Check for Changes in Application Status (If there are Improved Requirements)

'Not ProcessedApplication Status initial after submission of PB-UMKU.

Change of Application Status to 'Requirements Improvement' only if the proposed PB-UMKU needs to improve the document requirements listed.
Click the Business Standard Fulfillment Process button.

Wait and Check for Changes in Application Status (If there are Improved Requirements) - Continuation

The system will display a Fulfillment Form that you must complete/revise to get the proposed UMKU Business Permit.
Pay attention Notes as additional information originating from the Authority of the relevant agency. (If there are).
Click the CHANGE DOCUMENT and correct the document with the status of 'Requirements Improvement' (Maximum upload file: 5 MB) (if any).
If you want to provide additional notes, fill in the Notes. (optional)
Click the checkbox on the disclaimer.
Click the CONTINUE button.

Wait and Check for Changes in Application Status (If there are Improved Requirements) - Continue

to change the Application Status to 'Not Processed' again, after you have corrected the required documents.
Wait for the change of Application Status on the proposed PB-UMKU:

Continue to step 12.b, if the proposed PB-UMKU requires PNBP.
Continue to step 13, if the proposed PB-UMKU does not require PNBP.

12.b Wait and Check for Changes in Application Status (If there is PNBP)

'Not Processed Application Status initial after submission of PB-UMKU.

Change of Application Status to 'Confirmation of Payment' only if the proposed PB-UMKU requires PNBP.
Click the Upload Proof of PNBP Payment button.

Wait and Check for Changes in Application Status (If there is PNBP) - Continue

The system will display a Fulfillment Form that you must complete to get the proposed UMKU Business Permit.
Click the VIEW DOCUMENT to view the Deposit Order (SPS) uploaded by the relevant agency (if any).
Click the SELECT DOCUMENT and upload it as a PNBP payment proof document. (Maximum upload file: 5 MB) (if any).
Click the checkbox /checkbox on the disclaimer.
Click the CONTINUE button.

Wait and Check Application Status Change (If there is PNBP) - Continue

to Change Application Status to 'Has Made Payment' after uploading proof of PNBP payment in the required document.

Change of Application Status to 'Payment Approval' PNBP payment proof the uploaded has been approved by the relevant Authority Authority.

13. UMKU Business Permit has been issued

If the Application Status has become 'Verified', then the UMKU Business Permit has been issued.
Click the Print UMKU Business Permit.
Then you can view, download, and print the UMKU business licensing product.
