APPLICATION FOR NEW MACHINERY IMPORT FACILITIES

1. Enter Facilities Menu >> Import Facilities >> New Machines

Click on the Facilities
Navigate to the Import Facilities line
Then click New Machines

2. Select Business Activities to be processed

Click Dropdown to display Preview/Process menu
Click Preview/Process to continue to the next stage.

There are 3 questions for the industrial sector regarding the process of submitting a new machine import facility, if appropriate, then Yes and if not, select No. To continue the application for Process

4. Submission of Applications for New Machinery Import Facilities to Processors of the Ministry of Investment/BKPM

Select all statements/disclaimers to be able to proceed to the application process and that the data entered is correct,
Write a note if necessary,
Click Process Application to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM

5. Select List of All Applications in order to view the status of the application.

Applicant – Draft → Application is still being processed the contents of the Applicant and have not been sent to the Applicant's BKPM
Applicant - Copy of the KMK Received → A copy of the KMK has been issued and can be seen by the Applicant
Applicant – Revise the Application → Application is returned to the Applicant to be corrected
Applicant - Application Rejected → Application is rejected because the data requirements and completeness do not comply with the law valid
BKPM – Document Received → Application enters BKPM account BKPM
BKPM – Evaluation Process → Application begins to be evaluated by BKPM
BKPM - Application Approved → KMK Issuance Process → Application is in the process of issuing KMK
