4. Select Menu Administrator, Then Go To Legacy Access Rights

5. Display System List Of User Access Rights

6. Click Add To Add Data

7. The System Will Display A Form To Add Data, Fill In The Form Correctly, Then Click SAVE

10. On List Of Derivative Access Rights, Select The User You Want To Change, Then Click EDIT

11. The System Will Display A Change Form, Fill In The Form According To The Terms Of The Requested Data, Then Click SAVE

If The Selected Work Unit Is Unit Licensing, Data Processing And Supervision Then The Sector Column And Basic Permit Will Not Appear
If The Selected Work Unit Is OPD Licensing And Supervision Then The Sector Column And Basic Permit Will Appear

13. On List Of Derivative Access Rights, Select The User You Want To Delete Data From, Then Click Non-Active

14. The System Will Display Delete Notification, Click Delete If You Want To Delete Data, Click CANCELLED If Want To Cancel Delete

15. The System Will Display NotificationIf It Is Already Successfully Deleted The Data

16. On List Of Derivative Access Rights, Select The User You Want To Resend Access Rights To, Then Click RESEND THE EMAIL

17. The System Will Display Notification Successfully Sent Email

18. Users Receive Username And Password To Login
