Processing of Permit Approval by Special Economic Zone (KEK) Administrator and KPBPB Concession Board

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/

2. Select Enter as KAWASAN

3. Enter Username and Password along with Captcha, then click Enter

4. Page appears Dashboard KEK/Agency Administrator Operation of KPBPB

5. Menu Licensing Processing then Fulfillment of Requirements

6. Select the Business Actor data you want to verify, then click Verification Process

7. Check Business Actor Data, including Business Actor, Business Activity Data, and Uploaded Documents

8. If you have complete, change document status, then fill in notes, check Disclaimer, and click Process Application

9. Business Actor Status changes to Requirement Approval by KEK Administrator/KPBPB Concession Agency

10. Menu Licensing Processing Approved and select the business actor to be verified

11. Application data the Permit Approval, then click Verification Process

12. Check the Business Actor Data, including Business Actor, Business Activity Data, and Uploaded Documents

13. If it is complete, view the document, then change the status, check Disclaimer, and click Process Application

14. Click the Request for Licensing menu | Issued and Business Actor Status changed to Verified by KEK Administrator/KPBPB Concession Agency
