1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, select "Enter"

2. Enter Username and Password, then click the button ENTER

3. Dashboard Verifier / Approval

4. Select Copy Menu

Select CC In Verification Process, if you want to see a list of copies that are currently in the verification process
Select Copies Published, if you want to see the List of Copies that have been Published
Select Copy Rejected, if you want to see the Rejected Copies List

5.a Select a column Find to provide the Data filter you want to view

You can select / check the box according to the filter you want to see
Filters that are checked can be more than 1 choice (Name of Business Actor, NIB, NPWP, KBLI, and Nomenclature), then complete the selected filter
Next, choose Find

6.a Display of a list of copies according to filters

(example in the picture: The system displays Application Data according to the filter Name of Business Actor and NIB)

If you select the name of the business actor, the system will display the application data according to the name of the business actor you input.
If you select NIB, the system will display the application data according to the NIB you input.
If you select the NPWP, the system will display the application data according to the NPWP you input.
If you select KBLI, the system will display the application data according to the KBLI you input,
If you select Nomenclature, the system will display application data according to the nomenclature you input (example: Standard Certificate, PKLH Approval, Permit, PBG, SLF, Location Permit, UKL-UPL, Warehouse Registration Certificate or SPP-IRT)

5.b Select a column Find to provide the Data filter you want to view

You can select / check the box according to the filter you want to see
Filters that are checked can be more than 1 choice (Name of Business Actor, NIB, NPWP, KBLI, Nomenclature and Sector)
If you choose the appropriate filter Sector, select the sector you want to display
Next, choose Find

6.b Display of a list of copies according to filters

(example in the picture: The system displays Application Data according to the filter Name of Business Actor and NIB)

If you select the name of the business actor, the system will display the application data according to the name of the business actor you input.
If you select NIB, the system will display the application data according to the NIB you input.
If you select the NPWP, the system will display the application data according to the NPWP you input.
If you select KBLI, the system will display the application data according to the KBLI you input,
If you select Nomenclature, the system will display application data according to the nomenclature you input (example: Standard Certificate, PKLH Approval, Permit, PBG, SLF, Location Permit, UKL-UPL, Warehouse Registration Certificate or SPP-IRT)
If you select Sector, the system will display application data according to the sector you input

5.c Select a column Find to provide the Data filter you want to view

You can select / check the box according to the filter you want to see

If you choose the appropriate filter Regency/City, select the county or city you want to display
Next, choose Find

6.c Display of Copy List according to Filter

(example in the picture: The system displays Application Data according to the filter Name of Business Actor and NIB)

If you select the name of the business actor, the system will display the application data according to the name of the business actor you input.
If you select NIB, the system will display the application data according to the NIB you input.
If you select the NPWP, the system will display the application data according to the NPWP you input.
If you select KBLI, the system will display the application data according to the KBLI you input,
If you select Nomenclature, the system will display application data according to the nomenclature you input (example: Standard Certificate, PKLH Agreement, Permit, PBG, SLF, Location Permit, UKL-UPL, Warehouse Registration Certificate or SPP-IRT),
If you select the Regency/City, the system will display the application data according to the Regency/City that you input.

5.d Select column Find to provide the Data filter you want to view

You can select / check the box according to the filter you want to see
Filters that are checked can be more than 1 choice (Name of Business Actor, NIB, NPWP, KBLI, Nomenclature and Regency/City)
If you choose the appropriate filter Kab/City and sector, select the district/city and sector you want to display
Next, choose Find

6.d Display a list of copies according to filters

(example in the picture: The system displays Application Data according to the filter Name of Business Actor and NIB)

If you select the name of the business actor, the system will display the application data according to the name of the business actor you input.
If you select NIB, the system will display the application data according to the NIB you input.
If you select the NPWP, the system will display the application data according to the NPWP you input.
If you select KBLI, the system will display the application data according to the KBLI you input,
If you select Nomenclature, the system will display application data according to the nomenclature you input (example: Standard Certificate, PKLH Approval, Permit, PBG, SLF, Location Permit, UKL-UPL, Warehouse Registration Certificate or SPP-IRT)
If you select the Regency/City, the system will display the application data according to the Regency/City that you input,
If you select Sector, the system will display application data according to the Sector you input.
