PROCESSING OF REVOCATION SANCTION RECORDS - TECHNICAL SUPERVISORS OF THE MINISTRY/INSTITUTION/REGIONS

If You Have Difficulty Processing The Revocation Of Sanction Records For Supervisors, You Can Follow The Steps Below:

1. Visit Https://Oss.Go.Id/, Click MASUK.

2. Enter Your Username And Password, Then Click The Button MASUK.

3. Enter The Menu SANKSI, Then Select PENCABUTAN, And Click PENCATATAN

4. Select The Business Activity That Will Be Subject To The Revocation Sanction, Then Click The Icon 'V'. You Can Also Use The Search Feature To Search For The Business Activities That Are Subject To Sanctions Of Revocation. The System Will Display The Details Of The Selected Business Activity And Two Action Buttons. Please Click The Button PROSES If You Want To Continue Processing Or Click The Button CETAKAN NIB To Look At The NIB Printout Owned By Business Actors.

5. Next, The System Will Display A Sanctions Form That You Must Fill Out, First Of All, Check The Business Activity Data. You Can Click The Icon ‘V’ To View Detailed Business Activity Data.

6. Check On The Business Actor Data.

7. Check On Data On Sanctions And Fill In Your NIP Number.

8. Fill Out The Sanction Form And Upload The Attachment Data For The Sanction Revocation Letter. The Appearance Of The Sanctions Form Will Differ Based On Your Entry Regarding Whether The Business Permit Has Been Issued Or Not. If “If The Business Permit Has Been Issued”, You Can Upload The Sanction Revocation Letter From K/L/D. Meanwhile If “If The Business Permit Has Not Been Issued”, You Can Upload The Letter Of Imposition Of Sanctions From K/L/D.

9. Fill Out The Detail List Of Previous Sanctions (Previous Sanction History). After You Complete This Form, Click The Button TAMBAH AKSI.

When You Click The Button TAMBAH AKSI, The Results Of Filling Out Your Form Will Be Stored In The Table. If The Stored Data Does Not Match, You Can Delete The Data By Clicking The Icon 'Trash Bin'.

Notes:

Please Note That Filling Out This Form Is Conditional. If The Business Activities Do Not Have A History Of Previous Sanctions, You Are Not Required To Fill Out This Form.

10. Read The Statement Carefully And Double-Check The Sanctioning Form Data That You Have Filled In. If It Is Correct, Click The PROSES Button.

11. After You Click The Process Button, A Pop-Up Confirmation Of The Sanction Recording Will Appear. If You Are Certain That You Want To Process The Sanction Revocation, Click The YES Button.

12. The Form For Imposition Of Sanctions For Revocation Has Been Successfully Sent To Business Actors. Click The Icon 'V' If You Want To See The Detail Of Revocation Sanctions Imposition Form And Click DETAIL. Meanwhile, You Can Click The Button CETAKAN SANKSI To View Or Download The Sanction Printout And Also You Can View The NIB Printout By Clicking CETAKAN NIB.

13. The Following Section Is The Display Of The Revocation Sanctions Recording Products:

A. The Printout Of The Revocation Sanctions Recording Product Will Appear If You Click The Button CETAKAN SANKSI (Step 12). The System Will Display The Uploaded Sanctions That You Complete Accompanied By A QR Code Attachment That Can Be Scanned.

If You Scan The QR Code Located On The Sanction Printout, You Will Be Redirected To The Revocation Sanction Details Page With The Following Example:

B. The Printed Business Identification Number (NIB) Product Will Appear If You Click The Button CETAKAN NIB (Step 12).
