GUIDELINES FOR RECORDING SANCTIONS FOR BUSINESS PERFORMERS (SUPERVISORS)

The Sanctions Recording Feature Is Used To Manually Record Sanctions That Have Been Issued In The OSS System Where The Types Of Sanctions Include Supervisory Sanctions (Warning/Reprimand Letters, Administrative Fines, Temporary Closure, Compensation, Etc.) In Addition To The Revocation Sanction Given To Business Actor. If You Have Difficulty Processing The Sanction Recording By The Supervisor, You Can Follow The Steps Below:

1. Visit Https://Oss.Go.Id/, Select MASUK.

2. Enter Your Username And Password, Then Click The Button MASUK.

3. Enter The Menu SANKSI And Click PENCATATAN SANKSI.

4. Select The Business Activity Which Will Be Processed By Clicking The Sign 'V', Then Click PROSES.

5. After That, The System Will Display The Form Recording Sanctions. Please Check Again The Data On The Business Activities That Will Be Subject To Sanctions..

6. Check The Business Actor Data Which Has Been Displayed Automatically By The System

7. Check Sanctioner Details Which Have Been Displayed Automatically By The System And Provide A Number Of Your NIP (Nomor Induk Pegawai).

8. Fill In Sanction Form Data. You Can Decide The Score And Duration (Based On Working Days) Based On The Norms, Standards, Procedures, And Criteria (NSPK) Of Each Agency.

Notes:

Scoring For Recording Administrative Sanctions Given To Business Actors In The Range 1-90. The Heavier The Sanction, The Heavier The Scoring Value. Meanwhile, Duration Is Used As A Time Period For Business Actors To Provide Written Responses Via The OSS System.

9. The Sanction Recording Statement Will Automatically Checked. There Are Several Buttons That You Can Use. You Can Select The Action To Take When:

Click KEMBALI To Return To The List Of Business Activities Of Business Actors;
Click PRATINJAU CETAKAN To View The Sanction Printout That Will Be Sent To The Business Actor;
Click SIMPAN DRAF To Save The Data On The Sanction Recording Form As A Draft;
Click PROSES For Processing Data On Sanctions Recording Forms.

10. The System Will Display A Notification After You Process The Sanction Recording Data. If You Are Sure To Continue The Process, Click YA. However, If You Want To Cancel, Click TIDAK.

11. Once You Have Processed The Sanction Recording Form, You Will Be Directed To The Sanctions List. You Too Can Access The Sanction List Menu On The Menu Dashboard By Going To The Menu SANKSI And Clicking DAFTAR SANKSI.

12. When You Are On The Sanction List Page, You Can Use The Search Feature To Find The Sanction Data That We Have Just Processed. As Long As The Business Actor Has Not Responded To The Sanctions Imposed, The Sanction Status Is “Terkirim Ke Pelaku Usaha”. You Can Also See The Deadline And Validity Period, Calculating The Days Of Sanctions Imposed.

When You Click The Sign 'V', There Are Action Buttons That You Can Choose, Namely:

Click DETAIL To View The Sanction Form Sent To Business Actors;
Click CETAKAN SANKSI To View Printouts Of Sanctions Received By Business Actors;
Click CETAKAN NIB To See A Printout Of The Business Actor's Business Identification Number (NIB).

Notes:

The Sanction Validity Period Will Be Reduced By The Time The Business Actor Responds And The Deadline Will Be Incremented (Backdated) According To The Period The Supervisor Responds To The Response From The Business Actor.

13. After The Business Actor Responds To The Sanctions, The Sanctions Status Will Change To “Waiting For Verifier Response”. Deadlines And Validity Periods Are Temporarily Suspended Until The Supervisor Responds To Sanctions. You Can Check By Clicking On The Sign "V" And Clicking The Button MENANGGAPI.

14. After That, The System Will Display The Sanction Recording Form. You Can See Responses From Business Actors In The Column Note Log And Can Open Attached Documents By Clicking On The Link 'Lihat'. You Can Provide Feedback Back To The Business Actor By Filling In The Sanction Response Form.

15. Next, You Can Choose The Actions To Follow Up On The Sanction Recording;

Click SANKSI DICABUT, Which Means That Sanctions Imposed On Business Actors Will Be Revoked Or Restored (Steps For Lifting Sanctions Are Explained In Step 16);
Click SANKSI LANJUTAN, Which Means That Business Actors Will Receive Further Sanctions By The Supervisor (Steps For Recording Further Sanctions Are Explained In Step 17);
Click TANGGAPI, Which Means The Supervisor Will Send The Sanctions Back To The Business Actor For Response (Supervisors Can Monitor Sanctions Given To Business Actors In Accordance With The Explanation In Step 12).

16. If You Decide To Revoke The Sanctions Imposed, Click SANKSI DICABUT (Refer To Steps 15). Pop-Up Confirmation Of Revocation Of Sanctions Will Appear. You Can Click YA If You Want To Continue To Restore The Sanctions.

The Sanction Status Will Change To “Sanksi Dicabut/Sanctions Revoked”.

17. If You Decide To Impose Further Sanctions On Business Actors, Click SANKSI LANJUTAN (Refer To Steps 15)). Pop-Up Confirmation Providing Additional Sanctions Will Appear. You Can Click YA If You Want To Continue Imposing Further Sanctions.

Next, The System Will Move The Page To The Sanction Recording Form. You Must Fill Out The Sanction Recording Form Again (As Explained In Steps 5 To 8). In The Advanced Sanction Recording Form, There Is A Form Sanctions History. Click The Icon 'V’ On Previous Sanctions Data To See The Reasons For Imposing Sanctions. You Can Also Open An Attached Document By Clicking The Link ' Lihat Dokumen/Lihat Cetakan Sanksi’.

After Filling In The Form, Click The Button PROSES After The Statement To Process Further Sanctions. If You Want To Save The Advanced Sanction Form As A Draft, Click The Button SIMPAN DRAF.

After You Process The Advanced Sanction Form, The Sanction Status Will Change To “Sanksi Selanjutnya”. Supervisors Can Also View The Deadline And Validity Period Of The Day Calculation Of The Sanction As Entered On The Sanction Recording Form.

When You Click The Sign 'V', There Are Action Buttons That You Can Choose, Namely:

Click DETAIL To View The Business Actor Sanction Form;
Click CETAKAN SANKSI To View Printouts Of Sanctions Received By Business Actors;
Click CETAKAN NIB To See The Printed Business Identification Number (NIB) Of The Business Actor.

18. When The Deadline Or Validity Period Has Expired And The Supervisor Has Received No Response From The Business Actor, The Sanction Status Will Change To"Business Actors Did Not Respond."Supervisors Can Apply For Further Sanctions With A Click 'V' And Click DETAIL.

After Clicking DETAIL, The System Will Display The Recording Form Page Which Is Not Responded To By Business Actors. Under The Statement Column, Click The Button SANKSI SELANJUTNYA To Provide Further Sanctions Against Business Actors (The Process For Recording Further Sanctions Is Explained In Step 17).

19. The Following Is A Display Of The Sanction Recording Product:

A. The Sanction Recording Product Printout Will Appear If You Click The Button CETAKAN SANKSI (Step 12). The System Will Display The Sanction Upload That You Have Filled In Accompanied By A QR Code Attachment That Can Be Scanned.

If You Scan The QR Code In The Sanction Printout, You Will Be Moved To The Sanction Details Page, An Example Of Which Is As Follows:

B. A Printout Of The Product Business Identification Number (NIB) Will Appear If You Click CETAKAN NIB (Step 12).
