Tax Holiday Transfer/Creation of Head Office

Information:

Tax Holiday is a Corporate Income Tax Reduction Facility which can be applied for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the date of application for business activities.

If you have difficulty processing the Facility RequestTax Holiday Transfer/Creation of Head Office. You can follow the steps below:

1.Visit https://oss.go.id/, select "Enter"

2.Enter Username and Password, then click the button ENTER

3. Enter the menu Facility, select Capital of the Archipelago, Then Tax Holiday Creation/Movement of Head Office and select Application.

4.Click the 'v' on the Business Activity to be selected, then click SELECT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.

5.Make sure the Business Entity Data is correct. You can view Business Data and NIB Printouts by clicking VIEW DATA. If it is correct, click Next.

6.Complete the required Requirement Documents,like Data Assets, Statement of Commitment to Fulfill Economic Substance in IKN & Documentary Proof of Having 2 Affiliates Abroad. Click CHECK SHAREHOLDERS' SKF To Check the Fiscal Statement, click ALTER DOCUMENT if you want to change the Document and click DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT if you want to download Documents. then click Next.

7.Check the application documents again if necessary on the Requirements Document preview page.

8.Select all statements/disclaimer to be able to continue with the application process and that the data entered is correct. Provide notes if necessary. Click APPLICATION PROCESS to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM

9.Back to the menu Facility, select Capital of the Archipelago, Then Tax Holiday Creation/Movement of Head Office and select Application. If the status of the Application has changed to BKPM - Documents Received, then your application is complete.
