Guide to Reporting Investment Realization for Tax Holiday NON-KEK/KEK

If you have difficulty reporting Investment Realization for Tax Holiday NON-KEK/KEK, you can follow the steps below:

1.Visit https://oss.go.id/, select "ENTER".

2.Enter your Username and Password, then click the button ENTER.

3.Enter the Facility menu, select the menu Tax Holiday/Tax Allowance non-KEK/KEK/Investment Allowance, and choose Reporting Realization Reporting.

4.Select the report that will be reported on the realization by clicking the 'V' on the Business Activity to be selected, then clickSELECT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.

5.Make sure the Business Entity Data is correct. You can view Business Data and NIB Printouts by clicking VIEW DATA. If it is correct, click Next.

6.LComplete Investment Realization Reporting Form by completing the following data:

Company KMK number
Input KMK date
Land Purchase and Maturation
Building
Machinery / Equipment and Spare Parts
Imported Machinery / Equipment and Spare Parts
Total Machinery / Equipment
Other Investments
Fixed Capital
Working Capital
Amount of Capital Investment
Owner's equity
Loan Capital

7.Complete the Tax Year Investment Realization Report document by uploading the document by clicking Select Document. If you don't have the documents yet, then Document templates can be obtained by clicking the 'here’. Documents can be uploaded in the form PDF with a maximum document size of 5 MB

8.Complete the Power of Attorney Report document by uploading the document by clicking YES. and upload the power of attorney by clicking Select Document. Documents can be uploaded in the form PDF with a maximum document size of 5 MB.

Once finished uploading the document, click Next to continue the reporting process.

If the Report does not have a power of attorney, you can click the option No.

then you can continue the process by clicking Next.

9.Select all statements/disclaimer to be able to continue with the application process and that the data entered is correct. Provide notes if necessary. Click APPLICATION PROCESS to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.

10.Re-enter the menu Facility, select Tax Holiday/Tax Allowance non-KEK/KEK/Investment Allowance and choose Investment Reporting List, to see the list of Investment Realization Reporting that has been created.

11.If the status of the Application has changed to DJP – Application Verification Process, then your application is complete.
