7.Complete the Workforce Realization Document by uploading the document by clicking Select Document. If you don't have a document, you can get a document template by clicking the button 'here’.

Documents can be uploaded in the form PDF with a maximum document size of 5 MB

8.Complete the Power of Attorney Report document by uploading the document by clicking Yes. and upload the power of attorney by clicking Select Document.Documents can be uploaded in the form PDF with a maximum document size of 5 MB.

Once finished uploading the document, click Next to continue the reporting process.

Select the Report No. If you don’t have a power of attorney then you can click on the option No. Then you can continue the process by clicking Next.

9.Select all statements/disclaimer to be able to continue with the application process and that the data entered is correct. Provide notes if necessary. Click APPLICATION PROCESS to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.

10.Re-enter the menu Facility, select Investment Allowance and choose Investment Allowance Labor Use Reporting List, to see the list of Manpower Utilization Reports that have been made.

11.If the status of the Application has changed to DJP – Application Verification Process, then your application is complete.
