Guide to Reporting Realization of Non-KEK/KEK Tax Allowance Investments

1.Visit https://oss.go.id/, select "ENTER".

2.Enter Username and Password You, then click the button ENTER.

3.Enter the menu Facility, select the menu Tax Allowance non-KEK/KEK, and select Investment Realization Reporting.

4.Select the report that will be reported on the realization by clicking the ‘v' on the Business Activity to be selected, then click SELECT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.

5.Make sure the Business Entity Data is correct. You can view Business Data and NIB Printouts by clicking VIEW DATA. If it is correct, click Next

6.Complete the Investment Realization Reporting Form by completing the following data:

What is a Power of Attorney Signed Report?

7.Complete the Tax Year Investment Realization Report document by uploading the document by clicking Select Document. If you don't have a document, you can get a document template by clicking the button 'here’.

Documents can be uploaded in the form PDF with a maximum document size of 5 MB

8.Complete the Power of Attorney Report document by uploading the document by clicking Yes. and upload the power of attorney by clicking Select Document. Documents can be uploaded in the form PDF with a maximum document size of 5 MB.

Once finished uploading the document, click Next to continue the reporting process.

Select the Report No If you don't have a power of attorney then you can click on the option No. then you can continue the process by clicking Next.

9.Select all statements/disclaimer to be able to continue with the application process and that the data entered is correct. Provide notes if necessary. Click APPLICATION PROCESS to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.

10.Re-enter the menu Facility, select Tax Allowance non-KEK/KEK and select Investment Reporting List, to see the list of Investment Realization Reporting that has been created.

11.If the status of the Application has changed to DJP – Application Verification Process, then your application is complete.
