APPLICATION FOR REVOCATION OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE LICENSE BY BUSINESSES - PMSE FOREIGN TRADE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE (KP3A)

If you are having difficulty processing the PMSE Foreign Trade Company Representative Office (KP3A) Permit Revocation Application, you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, select MASUK.

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button ENTER.

3. Enter the menu KANTOR PERWAKILAN, select PENCABUTAN, and click KP3A PMSE.

4. Once you enter the Revoke menu, click AJUKAN PERMOHONAN to complete the Licensing Revocation process KP3A PMSE.

5. Check KP3A PMSE Data Source and select KP3A PMSE activities that refer to TDPSE activities will be revoked by ticking the available check box. You can also select all KP3A PMSE activities to close the Representative Office.

6. Check Principal Office Data.

7. Check and complete it Data from Representative Offices in Indonesia.

8. Check Business Activity Data.

9. Check Requirement Document Data. You can view the Requirements Document by clicking the link ‘View Details’.

10. Fill in the Statement Letter from the Head of the Representative Office or Directors of the Company in the Country of Origin stating that he has no Debts and Receivables. To display the filling form in this section there are two conditions, namely if The Statement Letter was made in Indonesia and not made in Indonesia.

11. Fill in the Data on Orders/Statements from Company Directors in the Country of Origin regarding the Closure of KP3A PMSE.

12. Fill in the Representative Office Activity Report Data for the Last Period.

13. Fill in the NPWP data that you have. If you do not have an NPWP, you are obliged to upload an NPWP Free Letter from the local KPP.

14. Read and understand the statement carefully, then check the box DISCLAIMER. Click SAYA SUDAH MEMBACA DAN MENYETUJUI, then click PROSES to send a Request for Revocation of KP3A PMSE Licensing. You can also save the form as a draft with the click of a button SIMPAN SEBAGAI DRAF or preview the retraction print with the click of a button PRATINJAU CETAKAN PENCABUTAN.

15. Pop-up A confirmation will appear when you process the revocation form. If you are sure to submit a Revocation request, click the button YA.

Notes:

If you submit a request for revocation of the entire TDPSE and within 3 (three) months you do not submit a new SIUP3A PMSE, The OSS system will automatically deactivate the OSS access rights that you have.

16. The system will immediately approve the KP3A PMSE Revocation Application and the application status will show that the application has been completed ‘Disetujui’. The KP3A PMSE Permit Revocation Application that has been sent will display:

Request Form for Revocation of KP3A PMSE Permit that has been submitted (click LIHAT DETAIL);
Printout of the KP3A PMSE Permit Revocation that has been submitted (click CETAKAN PENCABUTAN);
Printed Statement of Revocation (click SURAT PERNYATAAN PENCABUTAN).

17. The following is a display of the Revocation Printout and Statement of Revocation that will be obtained after the KP3A PMSE Licensing Revocation Application is approved:

A. NIB Revocation Print

The NIB Revocation Printout will be issued automatically when the revocation application is made over the entire TDPSE Approved. If you only submit a request for revocation of a few TDPSEs, the NIB revocation print will not be published.

B. PMSE KP3A Revocation Print

The number of printouts of the KP3A PMSE Revocation published will correspond to the number of data sources KP3A PMSE that you choose to revoke. For example, if you withdraw three activities, you will receive three SIUP3A PMSE Revocation products.
