Check Business Standards/Requirements Documents which is uploaded with a click View Docs

If Already have Detailed RKL-RPL Approval, the system will automatically display notes information

(If Not yet have Detailed RKL-RPL Approval)

Change status to “Agreement” if the uploaded document is appropriate, then upload the Form A2 Letter document
Change Status to “Repair” if the uploaded documents are not suitable, then upload Forms A3 and F3 (only for KEK)
Change Status to “Rejection” if you want to reject the application, then upload Form A5 (only for KEK)
Complete Approval Number, Approval Date, Approval Title And Notes for business people
Read, understand and Check Disclaimer, then select Next to continue
Click Application Process to continue

(If Already have Detailed RKL-RPL Approval)

Change Status to “Has Detailed RKL-RPL Approval” if the uploaded document is appropriate, then upload the Detailed RKL-RPL Technical Attachment document
Change Status to “Not Yet Having Detailed RKL-RPL Approval” if the uploaded documents are not appropriate, then complete the notes
If appropriate, complete Name of Official, Date of Issue, Number and Expiration date applies for business actors
Read, understand and check the Disclaimer, then select Next to continue
Click Application Process to continue

9. Business Actor application status

The status of the Business Actor's application has changed to Detailed RKL-RPL Approval Approved (does not yet have Environmental Approval)

The status of the Business Actor's application has changed to Environmental Approvals Still Valid (already has Environmental Approval)
