APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF BUSINESS LICENSE

If you have difficulty processing a Business License Cancellation Application for a business activity that has not been verified. Please follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, and select "Masuk"

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the MASUK

3. Go to the PERIZINAN BERUSAHA menu and click PEMBATALAN

4. The system will check whether your NPWP is valid or not. After the NPWP is declared valid, click PROSES to continue. If the NPWP is declared invalid, please contact the nearest Tax Service Office or Kring Tax 1500200

5. Click PROSES PERMOHONAN to process the application for cancellation

6. Make sure the LKPM for all your business activities is valid (approved). After the business activity LKPM is declared valid, click PROSES to continue the application.

7. Please check your Project Data. Project data on the application form will appear based on the business risk level you choose. Click on the TAB DATA PENANAMAN MODAL RISIKO or click the "V" icon to display the Activity data.

8. Check Business Actor's Data, and make sure the data displayed by the system is correct.

9. Check Certificate Data (Foreign Investment Status only (PMA)). Certificate Data will be displayed by the system automatically (specifically for PMA if the business activities are no longer listed in the purpose and objectives of the Business Actor's Certificate)

10. Fill in the Applicant Data. If the ‘Jabatan Pemohon’ (Applicant's Position) does not get your data automatically then you must fill in the Applicant's Position.

11. Read and Understand the Statement carefully, then check the DISCLAIMER (the format of the statement can be seen on the PREVIEW STATEMENT LETTER) and click SAYA SUDAH MEMBACA DAN MENYETUJUI. Then, click PROSES PEMBATALAN to submit an application for cancellation

12. After completing the data on the application, there will be a confirmation notification to carry out the cancelation. Click YA to continue the process of requesting the cancelation. Then, click OK to complete the cancelation request process, then the system will automatically display the Cancellation Application tracking page.

13. Cancellation Request - will be automatically approved by the system. Click the "V" sign to display the view details button. Then, click LIHAT DETAIL to see the list of approved cancellation printouts.

14. Approved Cancellation Requests will display:

Cancellation Application Form that has been submitted (click LIHAT DETAIL)
NIB that has been updated (click CETAK NIB)
SS / Permit Cancellation printout (click CETAKAN PEMBATALAN)
Print out the Cancellation Statement Letter (click SURAT PERNYATAAN PEMBATALAN)

15. After the Cancellation Request is "Approved" a Cancellation Request Letter will be published. Business Actors will get a printed unverified Standard Certificate Cancellation Letter specifically for Medium High-Risk Level business activities and a printed unverified Acceleration Permit Cancellation Letter specifically for high-risk level business activities
