OSS NON-RISK-BASED LIQUIDATION REVOCATION GUIDE FOR BUSINESS ACTORS WITH NIB OSS 1.0/OSS 1.1 - SPECIAL ACCESS RIGHTS REPLACEMENT FOR APPLICATION FOR LIQUIDATION REVOCATION

If you already have the Deed of Dissolution and Acceptance of Dissolution from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, but cannot apply for Liquidation Revocation due to constraints on migrating access rights to the Risk-Based OSS system, you must first replace the special access rights for OSS Non-Risk-Based Liquidation Revocation with following the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, then click ENTER/MASUK

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button LOGIN/MASUK.

3. After you log in, the system will display a page for Changing Access Rights from OSS 1.1 to Risk-Based. Select the NIB for which Liquidation Revocation will be carried out and click the button Apply for Dissolution/Liquidation.

4. Complete the business data on the OSS Access Rights Replacement filling form.

5. Next, Fill In The Person In Charge/Power Of Attorney Data. The Position In This Form Will Be Filled Automatically According To The Type Of Business Entity Of The Business Actor. Meanwhile, The Filling In This Form Will Be Separated Into Two Parts Based On The Citizenship Of The Person In Charge, Which Includes Whether The Person In Charge Is An Indonesian Citizen (WNI) Or A Foreign Citizen (WNA). Make Sure You Choose One Of The Responsible Person's Nationality Origins.

6. After you complete the access rights replacement form, read and understand the statement carefully, then put a tick in the checkbox. Click PROSES/PROCESS to process Access Rights and Replacement Data.

7. After that, a notification will appear that you have successfully changed access rights.

OSS NON-RISK-BASED LIQUIDATION REVOCATION GUIDE FOR BUSINESS ACTORS WITH NIB OSS 1.0/OSS 1.1 - APPLICATION FOR LIQUIDATION REVOCATION

If you experience difficulties in applying for OSS Non-Risk-Based Liquidation Revocation, you can follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have the latest OSS Access Rights after making an Access Rights Change. Please check your email for the latest access rights Username and Password.

2. Visit https://oss.go.id/, then click MASUK/ENTER.

3. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button MASUK/ENTER.

4. Enter the menu PERIZINAN BERUSAHA, then click LIKUIDASI.

5. The system will check whether your NPWP is valid or not. After the NPWP is declared valid, click PROSES/PROCESS to continue the application. If the NPWP is declared invalid, please contact the nearest Tax Service Office or Kring Tax 1500200.

6. Click PROSES PERMOHONAN/APPLICATION PROCESS to process the application for Liquidation Revocation.

7. Please Check the Business Actor Data and ensure the data displayed by the system is correct.

8. Fill in Dissolution Deed Data according to the Type of Liquidation Applicant (Liquidator, Curator, or Liquidation Team)

A. Form of display Dissolution Deed Data if the submitter is Liquidator

B. Form of display Dissolution Deed Data if the submitter is Curator

C. Form of display Dissolution Deed Data if the submitter is Liquidation Team

9. Please check the Responsible Data, and ensure the data displayed by the system is correct. If the column for filling in the data is incomplete, please fill in it according to the position of the person in charge.

10. Please check your Project Data. Project Data on the application form will appear based on the authority of K / L / D per each project. Click on the RISK CAPITAL INVESTMENT DATA TAB or click the "V" icon to display business activity data. If the source of your business activity data is SPIPISE, you are required to complete filling in the Business License Data issued before the OSS system. Click the "V" icon on the SPIPISE business activity to display the form, then click SUBMIT after filling in.

11. Read and understand the statement carefully. To submit the application, check the DISCLAIMER box, click I HAVE READ AND AGREE, and click SEND APPLICATION if you wish to submit the application. However, if you want to save it as a draft, you can click the SAVE AS DRAFT button.

12. After you have sent the Liquidation Revocation request, there will be a confirmation notification to perform Liquidation Revocation. Click YES to continue the Liquidation Revocation application process.

13. Then, a notification of acceptance of the request for Liquidation Revocation will appear. Click OK to complete the Liquidation Revocation application process. Next, the system will display the Liquidation Revocation Application tracking page.

14. After completing the Liquidation Revocation application, the application status will show "Sent/Tekirimi" by clicking the "View Details/Lihat Detail" link in the Application Status column. The coordinator will verify the request for Liquidation Revocation.

Check regularly for changes in application status. The status of the Revocation application will change to Requires Revision/Perlu Perbaikan, Revised/Telah Diperbaiki, and Approved/Disetujui. The following is a view of the application status on the view details link:

15. If the documents submitted are incomplete or not in accordance with the provisions, the verifier will return the application. Your application status will be “Requires Revision/Perlu Perbaikan”, as in the example below:

Close the Status Per Authority pop-up, then click the "V" icon and click VIEW DETAILS PER AUTHORITY/LIHAT DETAIL PER KEWENANGNAN to view the details of the liquidation revocation request status based on the authority of the examining K/L/D.

16. View the list of liquidation revocation applications per authority, then identify the application status column “Requires Revision/Perlu Perbaikan” and click the "V" icon on the liquidation revocation application row with the status “Requires Revision/Perlu Perbaikan”. Then, click VIEW DETAILS/LIHAT DETAIL and the system will display the Liquidation Request page.

17. Refer to the notes column for corrective notes from the K/L/D verifier. Fill/repair the documents on the application form in accordance with the correction notes and provide feedback after you have made the corrections.

18. Once the application/documents have been corrected, click I HAVE READ AND APPROVED/SAYA SUDAH MEMBACA DAN MENYETUJUI and click SEND APPLICATION/KIRIM PERMOHONAN to submit the corrected Liquidation Revocation application.

19. If the K/L/D approves the Revocation of Liquidation, the status of the application will change to"Approved/Disetujui" example as shown below. Click the “V” icon to display:

D. Print of Liquidation Revocation Statement (click LIQUIDATION STATEMENT/PERNYATAAN PENCABUTAN)

E. OSS License Revocation Printout. (click BUSINESS LICENSE REVOCATION/PENCABUTAM IZIN USAHA)

F. Per Authority Status (click STATUS PER AUTHORITY/STATUS PER KEWENANGAN)

Notes:

The VIEW DETAILS PER AUTHORITY button will display the status per authority. NIB revocation will be verified by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM, while the Revocation of Standard Certificate/Izin/Business License will be verified by the verifier according to their authority.

20. After the application for Revocation of Liquidation is approved, print Revocation of Liquidation will also appear. Liquidation revocation for low-risk level business activities is only carried out by updating the NIB. Standard Certificate Revocation printed for business activities with medium-low risk level, medium-high risk level, and high-risk level that has a verified Standard Certificate. A printed Permit Revocation Letter for verified high-risk business activities. The following below is a display of the Liquidation Statement Letter and a printout of the Liquidation Revocation Letter that will be obtained after the application for revocation is approved:
