**Activation Guide 2 Factor Authentication When Logging In To The K/L/D Account**

Information:

This Guide Can Be Used By Ministries/Institutions Or Local Governments Which Will Carry Out The Activation 2 Step Verification To Increase User Account Security During The Login Process.

1. Visit Https://Oss.Go.Id/, Select "Enter"

2. Enter Username And Password, Then Click The Button ENTER

3. Dashboard User K/L/D

4. Select Your User, Then Select Change Profile

5. Change Profile Data

The System Will Display A Form Change Profile Data
Select Activate To Enable 2-Step Verification

Enter Password Correctly And Appropriately

6.A Enable 2-Step Verification (Via Email)

The System Will Display A Pop-Up Showing The Method For Obtaining The Verification Code
Select Button Send Via Email
Next, Select Save

Check Your Inbox Or Spam On Your Email

Enter Verification Code Which Has Been Sent To Your Email
Next, Select Verification
(Go To Step 7)

6.B Enable 2-Step Verification (Via Whatsapp)

The System Will Display A Pop-Up Showing The Method For Obtaining The Verification Code
Select Button Send Via Whatsapp
Next, Select Save

Check The Verification Code On Your WhatsApp

Enter Verification Code Which Has Been Sent Via Your WhatsApp
Next, Select Verification

7. 2 Step Verification Has Been Completed Active

Select Save Or "X” To Close The Form; Or
Select ARRANGE To Set Up 2-Step Verification.

The System Will Display 2-Step Verification Settings Pop-Up
You Can Set It By Clicking Green Toggle If You Want To Disable
(If You Want To Disable It, The System Will Display A Pop-Up To Confirm Password)
Select Change Method If You Want To Use Other Verification Code Sending Options (Email Or WhatsApp)

8. After 2-Step Verification Status Active Then Every Time You Log In To Your K/L/D Account, You Will Be Asked To Fill In Verification Code Sent Via Registered Email Or WhatsApp

Enter Username And Password, Then Click The Button ENTER

The System Will Display A Pop-Up For The Verification Code
Enter The Verification Code That Has Been Sent To Your Email/Whatsapp
Select Next To Continue Logging In

Login Successfully, The System Will Display Dashboard User Which MeanAkun K/L/D It Can Be Used After Activating 2FA
