MACHINE MASTERLIST NEW IMPORT OF IKN

1. Make sure you have access rights

Access rights in the form of username and password which was sent to e-mail stated at the time of registration.

2. Visit https://oss.go.id/

3. Select ENTER

4. Enter Username and Password, then click the button ENTER

APPLICATION FOR NEW IKN MACHINE IMPORT FACILITIES

1. On the OSS Home Page, to start the Application for New IKN Machinery Import Facilities, follow these steps:

Click on the menu Facility
Select Capital of the Archipelago
Click on the menu New Machine

2. On the New Machinery Import Facility page, the page will display detailed business activity data. Then:

Select the Application that the Facility will submit
Click Dropdown and Select Business Activity

3. Complete the detailed question about the origin of the machine, then click Process.

4. Make sure Business Entity Data Already in accordance. You can view Business Data and NIB Printouts by clicking VIEW DATA. If it is correct, click Next.

5.a Complete the required Requirement Document data

PAGE 1. COMPANY DATA:

Complete Ensure Applicant Data already appropriate:

The name of the applicant is filled with the name of the applicant
The applicant's email is filled with the email that made the application
No. The applicant's telephone number is filled in with no. telephone that makes the request
then click Save Data

5.b Complete the required Requirement Document data

Machine Data Table:

After all the data is filled in, the data that was filled in earlier will appear in the table.
Click Add icon to Add Appendix
Click Pencil Icon to Change Data
Click Trash Icon to Delete Data
Click Checkbox to select the document to be deleted
Click View Docs for See The document uploaded
Click Erase Data to Delete selected Data

In the Machine Data Table, Business Actors can display machine data items based on Items Per Page. Items per page that can be displayed are from 5 to 20 items per page.

Make sure the Machine Data is complete by clicking:

Click Add to add machine data
Click Export .Xls to export the .xls file
Click Import .Xls to import the .xls file
Click Preview Masterlist to preview the masterlist
Click Preview Appendix for a preview of the appendix

5.c Complete the dataRequirements Document required

INDUSTRY SECTOR REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT

Click Icon Attach to Upload the required Documents
Click Change Document to Change the required Documents
Click Download Document to Download Production Layout Documents

Complete all Requirement Documents by uploading files in PDF file form.
After completing the Company Data, Click Next to go to the next page.

5.d Sending the Application for New Machinery Import Facilities to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM Processor

Select all statement/disclaimer to be able to continue with the application process and that the data entered is correct,
Write Notes if needed,
Click Application Process to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM

5.e Review Again Application Form, When all the required data is appropriate. Then check Checklist Disclaimer and provide notes if necessary. then click the button Next.

6. After the application has been submitted, return to the OSS home page. Select Menu Facility Then Capital of the Archipelago and click List All Application so you can see the status of the application

Click New in the Select Filtering Dropdown to see a list of New Machine application types

7. Processing of New Machinery Import Facilities by the Ministry of Investment / BKPM until the Decree of Processing of New Machine Import Facilities is issued. When the application status is in BKPM - Evaluation Process, the company cannot change the business data applied for and the uploaded application requirements.

As for Application status for IKN's New Machinery Import Facility is as follows:

Applicant - MSME Draft → The MSME Application is still at the Applicant's side and has not been sent to PU
PU - MSME Evaluation Process → Applications begin to be evaluated by BKPM
Applicant - MSME Repair → The MSME Application is returned to the Applicant for repairs
Applicant - MSME Approved → MSME Application is in the process of issuing an Official Note

8. Business Actor Receives Decision Letter

Click New on Dropdown Select Filtering to see a list of New Machine application types

To view issued decision letters:

Select Menu Register Application
If the status on the Application List page has changed to "Applicant - Copy of KMK Received"
Click Print KMK to print a copy of the KMK

9. Business Actor Receives Decision Letter
