Tax Holiday Financial Center

Information :

Tax Holiday is a Corporate Income Tax Reduction Facility which can be applied for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the date of application for business activities.

If you are having difficulty processing the Tax Holiday Financial Center Facility Application. You can follow the steps below:

1.Visit https://oss.go.id/, select "Enter"

2.Enter Username and Password, then click the button ENTER

3.Enter the menu Facility, select Capital of the Archipelago, Then Tax Holiday Financial Center and select Application.

4.On the Tax Holiday Financial Center Facility Page, the page will display detailed business activity data. Then:

Click the 'v' sign on the Business Activity you want to select
Click SELECT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.

5.Make sure the Business Entity Data is correct. You can view Business Data and NIB Printouts by clicking VIEW DATA. If it is correct, click Next.

6.Complete the required Requirement Documents Data Assets, Financial Sector Business Activity Plan & Financial Sector Business Licensing. Click CHECK SHAREHOLDERS' SKF To Check the Fiscal Statement, click ALTER DOCUMENT if you want to change the Document and click DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT if you want to download Documents.

7.Check the application documents again if necessary on the Requirements Document preview page.

8.Select all statements/disclaimer to be able to continue with the application process and that the data entered is correct. Provide notes if necessary. Click APPLICATION PROCESS to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM

9.Return to Facility Menu, select Capital of the Archipelago, Then Tax Holiday Tax Holiday Financial Center and select Application. If the status of the Application has changed to BKPM - Documents Received, then your application is complete
