GUIDELINES FOR RECORDING APPLICATIONS FOR REVOCATION OF BUSINESS LICENSES TO SUPPORT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES (PB-UMKU) BY THE APPLICANT

Information: To submit a Request for Revocation of Business Licensing to Support Business Activities (PB-UMKU), you must receive a Request for Revocation of PB-UMKU from the applicant.(DPMPTSP, KPBPB, KEK, OPD, K/L) to get detailed information. The registration of requests for the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal can only be carried out by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.

If you have difficulty submitting a Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU, you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, click MASUK.

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button MASUK.

3. Enter the menu PENCABUTAN and click USULAN PENCABUTAN PB UMKU.

4. After that, the system will display the List of Business Actors page for which the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU will be submitted. You can use the Search feature provided to search for the Business Actor Data you want. After searching, click the ‘v’ sign on the Business Actor Data that you selected and click PROSES.

5. Select Business Activity Data owned by the Business Actor whose PB-UMKU Revocation is being proposed by checking the check box, then click PROSES.

6. After that, the system will display the PB-UMKU Revocation Proposal Form. Please Check the Business Actor Data first.

7. Please fill in the Data of the Applicant for Proposed Revocation. Filling in this data is based on the identity of the applicant who submitted a letter requesting the revocation of PB-UMKU.

8. Please fill in the Revocation Proposal Data Filler. This data is filled in with your identity who registered the request for the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal.

9. Fill in the Sanction History Data (if any). After completing the Sanction History Data, click TAMBAH SANKSI to save the data you just filled in in the table below. You can also delete Sanction History Data that has been saved by clicking the icon ‘Trash Can’ on the data you selected. Completing this Sanction History List is not mandatory or not required to be filled in and is only completed if the business activity you are proposing is subject to previous sanctions.

10. Please fill in the Detailed Data on Revocation Action. You can choose the background for the imposition of PB-UMKU Revocation sanctions and upload documents supporting the proposal to revoke PB-UMKU.

11. Fill in the Data on Actions Taken. After completing the Action Data, click TAMBAH AKSI to save the data you just filled in in the table below. You can also delete Performed Action Data that has been saved by clicking the icon ‘Trash Can’ on the selected data.

12. Please read and understand the Statement carefully, check on the checkbox DISCLAIMER, and Ensure the complete data on the revocation form is correct, then click KIRIM. You can also save the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal request form as a draft by clicking the button SIMPAN DRAF.

13. Pop-up Confirmation will appear when you send the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal request form. If you are sure want to submit a request for PB-UMKU Revocation, click the YA button.

14. The status of the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU has been ‘Terkirim/Sent’ and will be checked by the verifier first before being forwarded by the Approval. Please wait for the verification results and check regularly.

15. If the required documents submitted are not complete or do not comply with the provisions, the verifier will return the application. Your application status will be “Perlu Perbaikan/Needs Improvement”. Click the icon 'v' and click LIHAT DETAIL to improve the application form for the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal.

16. See the notes column for correction notes from the authorized verifier. Complete/correct the documents on the application form according to the correction notes.

17. Once the application/document is corrected, click on the checkbox DISCLAIMER and click KIRIM to send revisions to the request for the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal.

18. If the verifier approves the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal request, the application status will change to “Approved by Verifier/Disetujui oleh Verifikator” and this application will be forwarded to the Approval for further processing. Please wait for the approval results and check regularly.

19. If Approval has approved the request for the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal, the status of the request will change to “Disetujui oleh Penyetuju/Approved by Approvers”. Once approved by the Approver, the Revocation date will also appear as shown in the image below. You can click the icon 'v' to display:

APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR PROPOSED REVOCATION OF BUSINESS LICENSES TO SUPPORT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES (PB-UMKU) FOR COORDINATORS (VERIFIER)

If you are having difficulty verifying the above request for the Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU, you can follow the steps below

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, click MASUK.

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button MASUK.

3. Enter the menu PENCABUTAN and click PELACKAN USULAN.

4. After that, the system will display the List of Business Activities page for which the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU is being submitted. You can use the Search feature that has been provided to search for business activity data that you want to check. After searching, click the sign 'v' on the Business Actor Data that you selected and click LIHAT DETAIL. You can also view the printed draft of the PB-UMKU Revocation by clicking the button DRAF CETAKAN PENCABUTAN PB-UMKU.

5. After that, the system will display the PB-UMKU Revocation Proposal form. Please Check the Business Actor Data first.

6. Check the Detailed Data of the Applicant for the Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU.

7. Check the Detailed Data for the Data Filler for the Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU.

8. Check the Sanction History Data previously If there are.

9. Check Detailed Data on Action to Revoke PB-UMKU.

10. Check the Action Detail Data that has been done by the Applicant.

11. After checking the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU form correctly and thoroughly, provide evaluation results from the examination of the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU in the description column. If the application form is not correct or the attached documents are incomplete, you can return the application by clicking the button ‘PERLU PERBAIKAN. You can click the button SETUJUI DOKUMEN when the application is complete and correct.

12. If the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU still requires improvement, the Application Status will be shown as “Perlu Perbaikan/Needs Improvement” as in the image below. Please wait for the results of the improvements to be made by the Applicant and check regularly.

13. JIf the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU has been approved by the verifier, then the Application Status will show “Disetujui oleh Verifikator/Approved by Verifier” as in the image below. The system will forward the UMKU PB Revocation Proposal Request that has been approved by the verifier for review and approval by the Approver.

If you have difficulty approving the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU, you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit Https://Oss.Go.Id/, Click MASUK.

2. Enter Your Username And Password, Then Click The Button MASUK.

3. Enter The Menu PENCABUTAN And Click PELACKAN USULAN.

4. After That, The System Will Display The List Of Business Activities Page For Which The Request For Proposed Revocation Of PB-UMKU Is Being Submitted. You Can Use The Search Feature That Has Been Provided To Search For Business Activity Data That You Want To Check. After Searching, Click The Sign 'V' On The Business Actor Data That You Selected And Click LIHAT DETAIL. You Can Also View The Printed Draft Of The PB-UMKU Revocation By Clicking The Button DRAF CETAKAN PENCABUTAN PB-UMKU.

5. After That, The System Will Display The PB-UMKU Revocation Proposal Form. Please Check The Business Actor Data First.

6. Check The Detailed Data Of The Applicant For The Proposed Revocation Of PB-UMKU.

7. Check The Detailed Data For The Data Filler For The Proposed Revocation Of PB-UMKU.

8. Check The Sanction History Data Previously If There Are.

9. Check Detailed Data On Action To Revoke PB-UMKU.

10. Check The Action Detail Data That Has Been Done By The Applicant.

11. You can also check the evaluation results of the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU. After checking the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU form correctly and thoroughly, please click the button SETUJUI DOKUMEN to approve the application.

12. If the Request for Proposed Revocation of PB-UMKU has been approved then the Application Status will show “Disetujui oleh Penyetuju/Approved by Approvers” as seen in the image below. When the proposal is approved by the Approver, the Date of Revocation and Print of the Revocation of PB-UMKU published. You can click the icon 'v' to display:
