4. Collective Registration

The system will display the Collective Registration page
First download the document format that you will upload to register (if you don't have it yet)

You can download Application Form, Assisted Services EXCEL File,and Form Code Data (if you don't have one yet)

Complete the form that you have downloaded correctly and according to Business Actor Data

Upload Business Actor Data Request Documents consisting of Application Letter, Statement Letter, and Assisted Services Excel Document correctly and in accordance

The system will display the Collective Registration page again with the Business Actor Data that you have submitted
You can check or re-upload or change business actor application documents
Select Process Data to continue

Next, the system will display a notification that the data has successfully entered the queue to be processed by the Verifier and Approval

6. Check Business Licensing Status periodically

The system will display the Business Actor Data NIB collective registration application history page
You can view Registration data by selecting View Data
After Status registration Succeed, select IN then do it Requirements Fulfillment Process

7. Complete the Business Standards Compliance Form

8. Check Business Licensing Status periodically

Select View Requirement Data to view the requirements data that you previously completed

If it has been approved by the Verifier and Approval, Business Licensing Status Standard Certificate Not yet Verified become Standard Certificate Has Been Verified

4. Select Menu Licensing Processing, then select a submenu Verify Fulfillment of Requirements

5. Select the Business Actor data you want to approve, then click Verification Process

6. Verifier can check business actor data, business activity data, business standards and uploaded documents

You can also see documents from Basic Requirements and Self-Declaration in Business Data

Business Standards/Requirements entered in the column Fill in Technical Data/View Document
Change status to “Agreement” if the uploaded document is appropriate
Change Status to “Repair” if the uploaded document is not appropriate
Change Status to “Rejection” if you want to reject the application

(If required PNBP Payment)

(If no PNBP payment is required)

The verifier can see Letter of Application, Letter of Statement, and Draft Technical Attachment

5. Select the Business Actor data you want to approve, then click Verification Process

6. Consent Verifier can check business actor data, business activity data, business standards and uploaded documents
